1. Who we are

This website and the ARESS Springline System™ are operated by Gbon Global d.o.o. ("we", "us", "our"). Throughout the site, these terms apply to you, the visitor or customer ("you").

By visiting our site or buying anything from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Medical disclaimer

This is the most important section of these terms. Please read it.

The ARESS Springline System™ is a general wellness product. It is not a medical device, and nothing we sell or publish is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Nothing on this site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Our content, including the Lateral Hip E-Book, the app, and any articles or advertising, is for general information only and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

Speak to a doctor or physiotherapist before starting the program if any of the following apply: you do not know what is causing your hip pain; your pain began after a fall, accident, or sudden injury; you have had hip surgery or a hip replacement; you are pregnant; you have a pacemaker or other implanted device; you have a diagnosed condition affecting your bones, joints, circulation, or skin; or you are unsure whether exercise is safe for you.

Stop using the product and seek medical advice if you experience pain that worsens, pain that does not settle within 24 hours of a session, numbness, swelling, fever, or any symptom that concerns you.

You use the product and follow the program at your own risk.

3. Results vary

Results depend on your individual circumstances and on following the program consistently. We make no promise or guarantee of any particular outcome. Customer reviews on this site describe individual experiences and are not a prediction of what you will experience.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to buy from this site. By ordering, you confirm that you are 18 or over and legally able to enter into this agreement.

5. Products, pricing and availability

We do our best to display products, descriptions and prices accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions, images or other content are error-free.

Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and may change at any time without notice. Any strikethrough or "compare at" price shown reflects a genuine previous selling price.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse any order, or discontinue any product. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you, even if the order has been confirmed.

6. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send you a confirmation email or dispatch the goods, whichever is earlier.

You agree to provide accurate and complete purchase and account information. Payment is taken at the time of order.

7. Shipping

Orders ship within 7 to 10 business days. Tracking is sent by email once dispatched. Delivery times after dispatch depend on the carrier and are outside our control.

Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. You are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes in your country.

8. Refunds and returns

Our refund terms, including the 90-day money-back guarantee, are set out in our Refund and Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. The app and digital content

Access to the guided app and the Lateral Hip E-Book is included with your purchase at no additional cost, and is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only.

We may update, change, or discontinue features of the app. We will make reasonable efforts to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publish the E-Book or app content.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, images, video, and software, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright and trademark law. ARESS Wellness™ and the ARESS Springline System™ are our trademarks.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

11. Your submissions

If you send us reviews, comments, photographs, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and publish that content in connection with our business.

You confirm that any content you send is your own, is accurate, and does not infringe anyone else's rights. We may edit or remove content at our discretion but are under no obligation to monitor it.

We do not pay for reviews and do not offer incentives in exchange for positive reviews.

12. Prohibited uses

You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe our or anyone else's intellectual property, to transmit malicious code, to collect personal information about others, to interfere with the security of the site, or to submit false or misleading information.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or the product.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

15. Severability

If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that part will be severed and the remaining terms will continue in full force.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept them.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of > Slovenia, and any dispute will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your country of residence.
